I'm back in time to tell you the results.
Here's Becky, with her sparkles applied and ready to go.
Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to take pictures or video during the performance yet again... but...
Can you guessed where they placed?
Beautiful red ribbons, girls! :D
It was first place for their team. Way to go, HECE!
And you know what happened?
It was almost a disaster. No, nothing with the girls. They're all fine.
But my poor camera.
I dropped it in the street as I was getting into my van at my sister's house. Not good. It wasn't working - the lens would not come out when I turned it on. Jeff played with it a bit, and got the lens to stay out, but neither the LCD screen or the electric viewfinder would work.
I was so upset.
We left it in the van, and visited with my sister for a little while. When we were leaving - to go straight to a camera shop where I was hoping they could fix it - I tried it one more time.
It worked!
Thank you, Lord!!
I took the last pic of Becky when we got home. It seems to be working fine.
I'd like a new camera someday, but not while the hubby is laid off!
And that's been our exciting day. :) Off to a karate tournament in the morning.
I am so glad that the camera is okay. You'd be lost without it.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Becky!! You are doing great!
The camera "works", but it's not okay. :( It doesn't zoom anymore. And it sometimes won't turn on.
ReplyDeleteSigh.
But, at least it's not dead!!
Well, hopefully Jeffie will get called back soon, then you can get a rebel like meeeeeee!
