I'm so sad.
In a my-baby-boy-is-growing-up-too-fast kind of way.
My Brown Boy lost his first tooth yesterday. He's not even six yet.
Here he is, with his wiggly tooth.
He liked to wiggle it with his tongue.
Yesterday, he came to me and said "I think my tooth is ready to come out." He was pushing it with his tongue, and the tooth was laying flat.
I agreed, and asked him if he wanted me to pull it for him.
"Nope." he said. "I can do it myself."
So, he grabbed a kleenex, and got a hold of his little tooth, and ... pop! Out it came.
Michael's new smile. (He had to have Joe in the picture with him. ;)
On to the next stage! Time for his grown-up teeth.
Aaawwww!
ReplyDeleteSo sad. And exciting.
He's growing up!
I know what you mean though. Emma lost her first tooth when she was still five, and I was like, "What are you doing? You're not big enough to lose teeth!!"
He's in so much trouble. Don't tell Stewart!
ReplyDeleteAck! No way he's big enough to lose a tooth!
ReplyDeleteI love that he had to have Joe in the picture with him... that's too cute.
