You Capture - Quiet

There are five children in my house... all the time.  ;)  I don't often get "quiet".

But, that's the challenge this week at ishouldbefoldinglaundry.

So, here are a couple of "quiet" moments.

This was taken two years ago.  I have to say, the morning I went out to take the pictures of this frost, it was soooo quiet.

Beautiful, isn't it?

And, this is when my house is quiet:

Fortunately, my children love to read.  :)  Good for their brains, and for mommy's sanity!  :D

Go check out all the other "quiet" photos this week in the You Capture challenge!

  1. Love the frost photos! Isn't nature amazing?
Quiet reading time is about the only quiet we get in our house. It's worth every cent we spend on books and trips to the library!

  4. I love the frost ones, too! :D We don't get that kind of frost very often, so I'm glad I ran out and took pictures of it. The branch is my favourite.

@sdwaard - I agree! :D We have a lot of books, and I love it.
