My family had a wine tasting party last Saturday. If you ever have a chance to do one with your family, I highly recommend it! (Although, if *I'm* not there, it probably won't be as awesome. ;)
Heather brought this. I can't remember what it's called. But it was a bunch of different meats. And a red wine to go with it.
It was awesome.
My dad read the labels of all the wines... with lots of animation. ;)
My brother Matt. I think he was listening to the wine that had notes of leather and tobacco at this point. ;)
Mom's AMAZING shish kabobs. You MUST try grilling cantaloupe. Seriously. It sounds gross, but oh.my.goodness! So yummy.
Listening to more wine label reading.
I'm not exactly sure what was going on here. ;)
It was a kid-free night, except for baby Banana...
... and Deklan.
Who was crawling everywhere.
"Mmmmm... that ones sounds delicious."
Sarah's egg-free, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free but not taste free bruschetta bread!
My Hazelnut Chicken bites. Mmmm...
And, of course, there were a few rousing games of air hockey.
All in all, a super fun night. And one that I hope can be repeated once a month! :D
