Ethan got to be backcatcher - which is his favourite position. He likes being right where the action is. It's a job just to get all the safety equipment on! Luckily, Justin was there to help.

Ethan got a hit every time he was at bat. Yay! And yes, that's Jeff in the background - he was third base coach at every game he was able to attend. 
And, we WON! Colborne Pre-Mites are the 2008 "A" Champions! We won our first game 31-4, our second game 31-18, and our championship game 28-12. Yay for us!
And, the coaches gave the players a certificate, and a 'credit card' for McD's! Ethan has offered to take the whole family out for ice cream. ;)
